so I am feeling thinner, my clothes feels better, I feel my abs, I weight about 119 to 120. depending, I am at a 20% body fat, I can see a bit of my abs. I have more muscle, heavy too!!.. so I am doing really good.

and so to reward myself, I bought myself a cute XS shirt, from Kohls. and I love it, I have finally show my belly. so here is the pic!

I have been working hard! last week i hurt my ankle but i was able to rest it out for like 5days and its better now, Now i am back to my working out routine and its tough! Its max Interval training and its kicking my butt but i am pushing hard! I got cute new shorts to workout and look cute lol..
I love love pink! so i got these short, :)

It is April fools day, how many fools out there fell for a joke?.

I normally don't post negative things on my blog, for some reason I feel like if I need to post something might as well be positive since we live in a crappy world full of disappointments and sometimes is nice to come online read some blogs and feel better because someone left a positive blog or comment on your own blog. but today is one of those days that i feel like, maybe its my turn to leave a negative post and maybe fish for positive comments. if i get any. I have been feeling like crap lately, and I had a horrible week this past week, I won't go in too much detail since i'm afraid that some people might read this and might know who i am. but anyway point of this is my week was horrible, i feel emotionally drained, i feel mentally exhausted, its like my brain is thinking so much even when i am sleeping i still feel that way. its frustrating its like i haven't really had rest, and most of the time i don't know who to talk to about what i am feelings because its either one of these two things. 1: I don't want to worry the people that care or 2: I don't want to feel judge, so in a way I am bottling everything up and i feel that i am going to explode!

This is not even about my weight lost because in that part i am seeing progress I am weight 119lbs and I have less body fat and more muscle i feel it in my clothes and i can see it on my body, my waist is finally 25inches and i was 28! so that's a change .

but this rant is more about my actually life outside of my weight, i feel sometimes I'm drowning in my own thoughts and i need to put them down somewhere.. so I feel like maybe the only way to do so is just type away, I don't want to feel judge and probably will since I'm pretty much doing this publicly instead of like.. Hello! keep a journal or something, But i feel like this blog is my journal i don't know maybe i'm crazy. but my thoughts are catching up to me and i son't know what to do with myself anymore, I feel sometimes lonely like i can't count on anyone or like I have no friends, even though i am well aware that i do. then it hits me that I can't even have guy friends because everything gets screwed over when they start getting delusional and think that you might have a crush on them and they have a chance and that friendship is gone forever. but i don't even know where I am getting through all this, this is how crazy my mind just speeds away and i don't even know if I am making any sense.. but whatever.. I hope next week i feel better things get better and I can move away from these thoughts.

well i hope that everyone is have a great first day of a new month and that next month more people reach the goals they are aiming for! good luck to everyone

Well Its been a while lol but My updates for now are, that Its been a month now that i have been doing Insanity!! and I have been taking shakeology. technically it will be a whole full month by the end of the week ! and i feel amazing! I have lost weight and I can see abs definition its just amazing. I am so happy with the results I am getting. I am slowly getting more people that want me to be their coach and its exciting that i am slowly moving up, I can't wait till I reach my goal by the end of the 60days! I am going to be updating my photos ever 2 weeks on youtube. so if you guys want to watch here is my video:

intense week

So I had a really intense week, I re started doing insanity and the work out has been so hard on me lately i am exhausted, today i finished my first week, and i do feel good but i am so sore and so tired, I am currently drinking shakeology and i feel good so far, hopefully i will start seeing the weight loss soon, my muscles i can feel they are a little swollen from the work out so i think i am heavier on weight because of that right now, but as long i lose pants size i don't care. lol

I didn't write yesterday because i was so busy with other things and now as a beachbody coach i am trying to find people i can coach and help out, and it is hard! lol but i'm sure i'll find some people eventually. I really need to focus more on my artwork so i have been doing that as well, and so i haven't had much time to blog. but its ok cause today i took my time :). I hope by the end of march i look good in a bikini because i live in FL and the weather is just getting hotter and hotter and i want to go to the pool and beach and i want to feel good in a bathing suit. so I hope i lose the pounds soon.

I hope everyone is having a good Saturday and everyone had a good Friday! today its my brothers birthday and it just reminds me of how old i am.. lol hahah.

anyway so its Friday! and I am a little bummed out :(. I had an ok week, haven't been eating too much I don't know i still feel the same its weird, I am now down to 118lbs. so that's good. The reason why I am bummed out its because I was planning on doing this event at home thisSaturday explaining about my new and exciting coaching job thing i do, and how i want to help others and motivate them and its just exciting for me. but no one seemed to care, and no one replied back with certain questions I asked its just a little frustrating because no one takes me seriously, seem as i may need to go look for people that don't know me, and also older people i need to target probably people in the ages between 30 up to 50, because they seem to care more about their health than people that are younger. so I guess I will start searching for that and see how it goes, anyway so does any one here at least is interested in know more about what I do? let me know and I can help you explain some of the things I can help you with.

well this is all i really have for today i'm just trying to get people and working out so i can show my results to others and prove that works :)

Hey every one :), so yesterday i didn't write a new post, but i dk i was just not feeling like writing i just wanted to keep painting lol anyway check out my new painting update on my website www.pirzenarts.com let me know what you think of it, :).

well yesterday was a good day, i did some hardcore working out, i did insanity's insane abs, I've been working on my abs because i want them toned! and i like the sore feeling too.

my eating habits have been odd, lately all i've been eating has been peanut butter spread on wheat bread. yogurt, fruits,water,tea,coffe and fish. that's it its weird i haven't been too hungry but i have lost 3lbs i started at 122.4lbs a week ago and right now i am back at 119lbs, and i think soon i'll be 118 with the working out i've been doing, if i keep at this, i think soon i will be 115 like when i first started this blog, its been a crazy last year for me and its amazing how i started this blog weighing almost 115 wanting to be 110 to 105, and i ended up gaining weight and now I'm trying to lose almost 17lbs. its crazy! but i am determine because i really want to be skinny.

Also in other news! I decided I want to be a Team Beach Body Coach, so I am going to sign up and start motivating people while i work out get toned and help others do that same, and i get paid! and the best part is i can help people around the world on line and give them tips and help them keep motivated while they are doing their work outs :) its pretty cool. I am excited for this because its a way to keep myself motivated and keep losing weight.

well that's it for now, today i am going to go to a Romeo and Juliet play around 12:3o, so i am excited for that, i have to work out eat something light and get ready to leave. I hope everyone is having a good day, or had a good day or will have a good day lol. :)

Today I decided to go to Kohls to buy a cute outfit for tomorrow, because tomorrow is my best friend's birthday party and we are all going to go to Cheesecake factory and everyone is dressing up. I wanted to buy skinny jeans and a cute top along with a jacket. well that didn't happen lol, i ended up getting all upset because i realized how fat I've gotten, how i am 120lbs and I am size 5 and I used to be size 3 and 2. I didn't buy a top or jeans i just bought a jacket that i liked, ugh its so frustrating, I Know I am slowly losing the weight and with the routines I am doing I will be 105 by end of march beginning of April, but it just seems so far away and I don't want to losepatience. I know I'll reach my goal I just don't want to look in the mirror anymore, and Idefinitely don't want to go shopping until I am at my goal weight. I told my Fiance that I wasn't going to buy those skinny jeans until i can fit in a size 3. so yeah that was something i did today, I really didn't eat too much today I have cereal and yogurt in the morning, then for lunch i ate chicken and veggie soup. and for dinner i only had soup and tea, i haven't been too hungry lately i don't know why. but I guess that's good, i'm not craving too many sweets so that's a good thing, and every time i do i just chew gum. anyways, I hope every one had a good day today!

It's been almost a month that I haven't posted anything. My life is crazy lately, I decided to try to organize myself more because I want to have more time to read blog and write blogs, I made sort of a plan .. HAHAHA you are probably thinking an other plan? hahaha i am full of plans and i never go through with them, I'm odd I know. anyway so I decided I am going to blog ever Friday, I know today is Thursday but I just decided to write on blog today, so every Friday I am going to post comments and post a new blog so i can update well pretty much about my whole week and my eating habits as well , lately i've been doing pretty good. I need to update my whole blog, because sadly i did gain some weight, I was at 122.4 lbs, but decided to start drinking more wate
r eating less crap food and eat three times a day and w
ork out, i so far lost two lbs, i started this monday with this so so far so good. I am at 120 lbs. I am updating and recording everything i eat and do on Loseit.com check it out, so far its been helping me a lot! so I am going to try so hard to keep with this routine now that i am slowly organizing my life. haha. I applied for a new job , I decided i am going to try to become an art instructor in a state college here in FL, i hope i get the job so i can start teaching what I love doing. I made my new website www.pirzenarts.com you can follow me there and I am going to start doing tutorials on how i do my paintings so you guys can also learn how to do some drawings and tip and tricks :). I probably pick a date for that as well. :)

anyway i decided on this post to also write about blog. she wanted us to write something motivational to see if we can win a bracelet that she made, i saw the bracelet and its really cute, I would love to win this because i appreciate art and i love when people are creative and make their own things, every time i go to mexico i love buying bracelets and necklaces that people make because i know I help them financially because that's how they make a living. I love helping people because understand the struggles they
have, i've been there i myself sell my artwork to make a living so i completely understand.

I want to be SKINNIER!

I have been so busy with work and getting my website ready, i havent been keeping up with anything not my blog or my diet, and everytime i say i am going to blog more, something comes up and i can't do it, i haven't been able to read anyones blogs or leave comments, i feel bad. :( .. i am right now at 119lbs. and it seems like i can't go lower than this, I am 5'2 and i have big boobs and a medium butt. i think that's were most of my fat is stored. but i know i can see i have a belly and i hate it, I need motivation!! i just don't know how to get motivated anymore. anyone have any ideas on how i can continue with my weight loss?. HELP

Ok so Yesterday went well the pills are working, I feel less bloated too, I didn't take them today because I figured I give my body a break on it, but I will take them tomorrow again, but today i still used the bathroom more than usual i also have been drinking a lot of water. I already lost 2lbs in just one day. so yeah they are working. also i never imagined how hard it would be to jump rope lol it is a challenge but it was so worth it, it worked out my whole body and it felt nice. I am going to continue doing this until i reach my goal and them probably switch to an other workout routine to maintain my weight. I have been taking my vitamins, and I am hoping that i will be at least 112lbs by the 24th. not my ideal goal but its better than nothing. well wish me luck and i will keep u up dated and maybe post some pics eventually.

Acai Berry Cleanse

So I decided to buy this Acai Berry Cleanse, they are pills and supposedly they help you clean your body and lose weight, I decided to start taking it today, I just took the first two pills I feel fine so far, but I am sure I am going to want to use the bathroom soon. haha. well I hope this works so I can lose some more weight, I also bought my jump rope and I am going to do that today, exercise for maybe 30 mins and see how it goes :). I'been drinking a lot of water too so i don't dehydrate from the detox. I hope it helps me curve my stomach so i don't get too hungry and want to eat a bunch of unhealthy foods. well I hope everyone is doing well and I will keep you guys updated on my diet the pills and my weight loss :)

 I am doing a lot better finally!. this cold was horrible but I am glad I feel better, anyways I haven't weighted myself lately and I am afraid to do so. I feel so fat!!!. I really do and I think its because I just got my period too, its like I can never win. If its not one thing its an other, I really just want to feel energized and start working out again. I made some research and I learn that Jump roping actually does help a lot to lose weight and get toned, so I  kinda had an Idea but I wasn't sure, but now that I know this I am going to jump rope more. I decided that tomorrow morning I am going to go buy myself one, and I am also going to buy myself a detox tea so i can lose the water weight and kinda make my body know that It needs to lose those last few pounds I have. I really want to look good because I am finally starting to plan for my wedding I made a new blog about it if you guys want to check it out. I will be updating here my weight loss while on my other blog I will be updating what has been going on with me and my fiance on the whole planning the wedding thing. :) I want to look skinny on my wedding day. we haven't set the date yet but we will soon, now that we both got jobs we can start planning our lives together its exciting. well I hope you girls are doing well.
