My Story

I created this blog so I can motivate and stay motivated while I work out and lose weight.


So my goal is to stay fit, healthy and thin. I have certain goals to reach but sometimes it is hard to keep going. 
Before anything, I want to clarify that I do not have an eating disorder, I do eat everyday and I don't binge or purge.I do eat sometimes unhealthy foods, but I try to keep eating healthy foods. One thing I do know I have is a distorted image of what beauty really looks like, I sometimes wish i could be really thin, but sometimes i want to look an other way, I am not happy sometimes with what I look like and that is why i made this blog so i can post my progress and slowly make myself feel better about myself, and hope i can make others motivated in a positive way and in a healthy way. I want to be fit and healthy and I want to keep my body always looking good, I want to feel good too not only look good. so this is just a journey that I am going through trying to figure things out, and becoming a better person within me. :)








This used to be me and then i gained a lot of weight I used to be 110lbs
