When i researched this I was shocked! 
this diet brings you to a point of starvation, to the point you will start losing heart muscle and your heart can fail at any moment specially if you work out a lot.  I was scared when i first saw this... it is extremely dangerous, the things about this diet is that yes it does work, it helps loose all that weight, but in the long run you harm your body, and when you go back to your normal diet, you will gain all that weight again, and you will hit depression and its a deadly cycle.  please girls who ever is thinking about doing this, be very careful because you can get seriously sick. 
I am just writing this with all my good intentions, I know I am trying to lose weight as well and I get frustrated with my weight, but I know that if I do this, I can probably get really sick and cause my family more money in the end.  take care
