Fit Test

Hello!
So today I had a really good breakfast, I made myself a Strawberry milkshake with yogurt and bananas, I had some cottage cheese with crackers :). then I did the Insanity Fit test! it was great! i actually finished the test this time I am getting in better condition. for lunch I had tuna with crackers water and veggies. and for Dinner I am making chicken with veggies and rice. it is all so delicious lol. I haven't checked my weight lately so i don't know if I lost any lbs lately but I sure know that I feel better and look better so i am sure i have lost some fat and gained some muscle :) i am excited. Today has been a crazy day for me so being able to work out today was a good way to release my stress. :)

always remember take your protein shake right after your workouts :) and always stretch your whole body.

Your breakfast sounds scrumptious! I am going to the store tomorrow and getting stuff to make strawberry shakes! It sounds so delicious and healthy!

My boyfriend left muscle milk behind at my apt and I always drink a 1/2 serving before and work out and 1/2 serving after, WHAT a difference it makes! <3

If I have Greek yogurt I eat that after I workout. I don't have any protein powder. I've thought about buying some before but I'm never sure which kind to get because there's a lot of brands and flavors and I can't ever decide.
