Ok so I have a small pic update of how I look like, I dk if any one read my previous post but I posted some pics of the progress I've made. so this is my progress so far :)..I still haven't weight myself. I lost my scale when I moved to my new apartment lol so i have to go buy one.
so this is me for now, Maybe i already lost 2 or 3 more lbs, if so I only have 7more to go :)..
so my tips: I have lost almost 15lbs in 4weeks. How? you may ask? well Honestly I just worked out a lot every day, and my eating habits sometimes do suck, I do eat healthy and I Try my hardest to do so but sometimes the economy doesn't let me, living in California sometimes sucks lol the gas is mad expensive and I am a freelance artist so sometimes my pay checks are low lol.. so sometimes i have to live of from just tuna, ramen , pizza, chicken nuggets and water. lol (true story)
So you think how the heck do you do it? its all fast food, well calories matter, as long as I don't eat more than 1200 a day i'm good plus sometimes calories are not everything carbs count too, and the only thing that has alot of carbs is the pasta and pizza. so what i do is I prepare tuna for lunch i make myself milkshakes for breakfast sometimes I just eat cereal and the cereal I eat is special K.
I then for dinner the ramen and chicken and through out the whole day i just drink water all the time. water, water and water, and ofcourse I workout 45 to and hour of Pure Cardio. in my workouts I sometimes burn 1000calories no lie! its crazy. so my calorie count is
breakfast-Cereal w/low fat milk= Total:160 cal
lunch- Tuna w/mayo & 5crackers = Total:222 cal
Dinner- Ramen & 5pcs chicken nuggets = total:470 cal
Total Calories intake in a day= 852.
and that leaves me space to eat sometimes like cookies or sometimes I eat rice if I have some, sometimes I drink tea and coffee, so eventually it adds up to like 1200calories sometimes even a little less. That is my not so healthy food diet and I still manage to stay healthy because I keep myself active and moving, because If I ate all of this and not worked out I would probably eat twice as much and get fat lol so there you go that is how sometimes I survive in the times of need .. Gal, I'm korean... I grew UP on ramen! I got through college on ramen hahaha! It's a hard food for me to keep down because it's so easy to come back up so I avoid eating it because I am so prone to purging.
I love love love special K! It's the only cereal I eat! I like the strawberry kind :)
