Working out is essential to the plan of losing weight, you might eat healthy and with small portions but working out is what really gets you somewhere. where you see results and they are satisfying plus it keeps you energetic. The main work outs that I do are hardcore, and only if you are in condition to do it I recommended to you. Remember when you work out go on your own pace and don't push your body to the limit because you can end up getting hurt, trust me it has happened to me. Anyway to my main point, the exercises that I do it's called Insanity, it is a program from beach body. Now I've never been the person that buy things of infomercials, but this program truly works, if you follow it just like they say on the calendar you will see amazing results in with in two week of your workout. I lost 10lbs in two weeks working out and eating healthy, and if you have the money you can follow the diet that they give you. In my case I don't have the money for that to buy all those vegetables or fruits, but I try my best to eat as healthy as I can and keep working out. It is tough and they have been many times where I give up and I just stop working out, but if you keep at it you will lose the pounds that you don't want. An other work out I recommend that is less hardcore and its actually fun to do and it totally works too, it is Zumba fitness, I have that too and when I feel like I just can't do Insanity anymore or I feel like switching because i need something new, I dance with Zumba and I keep myself active and keep losing weight with it as well and not only that but it tones my body as well which is what I want. so there you go those are my workout routines that I normally do, I have lost 5 more lbs, and I just need to lose my last 10lbs to reach my goal. I cannot wait till I reach that goal and have that beach body I want for this summer! :)
