So after working out on Insanity, I decided to sign up for beachbody.com to keep myself motivated to workout. and after just browsing on the website, I found this shake that I am going to try. from the website since I am working out my body is kind of stuck and I need to push it a little more, so I am going to buy this shake called 2-day Fast Formula, which means that in two days I can lose up to 7lbs, I can't wait to try it! I'll show u guys the link I read good reviews and it cleanses the body and it is also protein and I know that's what I need~ :) check it out.
