and This is what I really wish I looked like,
I am still in FL and I am stuck here, it was a vacation and it ended being something else.
My Husband ended up getting a job offer in Reno NV. so now I have to weight until he
moves to Reno for me to Fly back to CA, so I can help him with the move, I have been
so stress lately that I have gained weight, sad to say but I am right now at 122lbs, and this is
very depressing, I continue working out but i really don't see any result.. anyone has a way to
help me pleas.. I feel so upset because every time i see my dad he always says I am fat.
I know I haven't been posting much lately but being here in FL kinda sucks.. I need to get
back on Posting more and checking out more blogs and leaving my support. I apologize
that I haven't been doing that lately, but i will put my effort on getting back on track.

2 words of Motivation:
Try different work outs. If you do a lot of running and cardio, do more strength training like weight lifting or push-ups, sit ups, squats, ect. Or try something like yoga. A new exercise might help you get back on track. I hope you get back on track soon.
Thank you Kes, Yeah I have been doing a lot of cardio its so weird, I think I am just going to stop eating ..and just drink a lot of water and jog alot, because seems like everything else i've tried is not working. thank you for your support.
