My diet what I normally consume in a week. its really not that much and i was noticing that i have lost some weight by not stressing about my weight and just exercising and eating without really thinking about it, so far its been working so this is what i normally eat, like my regular diet.

eggs
oatmeal
bread
rice
chicken
asparagus
green beans
black beans
flour tortilla
celery
tuna fish
2% milk
ovaltine chocolate
orange juice
cereal bars
yogurt
apples
carrots
low fat ranch
peanut butter
Nutella
tea/coffee
Water
some spices like lemon pepper/and all purpose seasoning.
I also take vitamin Complex B and Omega 3

That's pretty much it, This is what I normally in take in a week or two, just randomize the meals and I eat three times a day and just drink a lot of water. its been working so far.

The water I drink is not from a water bottle, but its tap water that i pour into my filter water bottle and  I drink that, I have saved a lot of money doing that :)
