New Plan

Hello everyone :)
 well as all you know I always workout and exercise and its a difficult thing to  keep it up specially when life gets in the way like school or work. so here is a way to kinda keep going so you can get the hang of a routine, I am trying so hard to lose those last few lbs, I am down to 113lbs this is great! I wish I could go to 105lbs so I am going to try .. I need to do different kinds of exercise but not grow my muscle if weight is what i want to lose. but If I just want to look fit and skinny then weight is not going to have to matter because i am sure my weight will go up once i gain more muscle. we will see what results I get.. but here is a little exercise plan i got. :)
