So I had cereal for Breakfast, then I did a 45 minute work out with Hardcore Insanity! that kicked my butt today.. It's been 2weeks that I haven't worked out so today I knew it was going to burn and hurt. Good news is I took less breaks during the work outs i was able to breath better and I finished the full video. I am so proud of myself, i feel more energetic it seems as today will be a good day for me :) now I have to eat some lunch maybe some tuna with crackers :) and then we'll see what i can eat during dinner :). I hope everyone is having a good day as well :)

I'm happy to hear that you enjoy your work outs because not a lot of people do! How is insanity?! I want to try it!!!
yeah, insanity is an awesome work out it is difficult at first, and you need to drink a lot of protein to be able to handle it because it is a lot of cardio, you should take a look at it, I actually wrote a post about the work outs i do, check it out :)
