Yesterday wasn't such a good day for me :(. It started fine and I worked out for an hour and it was great I was sweating like crazy I felt good, I had for breakfast just a milkshake with some protein I had 200cals. then after my workout I had some lunch and it was chicken with veggies and some rice. but then for dinner I had milk a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a banana, I mean I kept eating it was so late. ugh I felt gross. then I had some family members come in for a visit and one of them they said ohhh, you're getting kinda fat.. I was like...WTF????? I felt like crap, I didn't know what to think I have been working so hard, I don't what to do I am not losing weight what am I doing wrong? anyone have some advice.. because at this point I am stuck and confused.. I asked my mom do I look thin? or Fat? she said you look average.. I don't want to be average I want to look skinny, tone and cute! UGH!.. anyways.. I guess today will be a better day, I am just going to eat veggies all day I dc. and workout. I hope everyone else is having a good day today.

You will plateau sometimes, you just gotta work a bit harder to get past it. It happens to be when I get around 130lbs... I find it impossible to keep losing!

It's just a plateau, don't worry, if you keep restricting your body will have to start loosing soon :)
I hate when people do that. I had like a whole few months of binging and people are all telling me how much "healthier" I look now and how I am average weight. I hate it, it makes me feel like crap.

You have to vary you calorie intake and excercise. Your body can't get use to doing the same thing too much. Try getting a trash bag and cuting holes for your arms and head. Then put it on like a shit, put a shit over it, and a jacket. You will sweat double what you normally do by just doing the same work. Also, if you can help yourself try not to drink anything but water. It will help you greatly. And don't listen to your family. They are just jealous. Keep up the hard work, it will pay off.
Thanks Victoria, I drink water all the time, I exercise everyday and its not the same type of workouts trust me its hardcore! lol.. i sweat like crazy my calorie intake i do vary i don't always eat the same, i think i just need to be a bit more patient. but thank you :)
Ugh, I hate it when family makes comments like that.
It is the worst, most disheartening thing that could happen to someone trying to lose weight and be healthy.
I hope they leave you alone!
Varying your calorie intake from day to day and making sure you drink half your body weight in water is what works for me. :)
