Diet Plan

OK so it took me a while to get my diet plan ready, I am only going to post what I will be eating Monday, I am going to start monday. Nov. 28 since this weekend I've been eating and not having enough time to do much. well every day I will post what I ate and how much i've lost. and i will be updating. so this is what I will start with on Monday and the calorie count will always stay around that, maybe sometimes a bit more. depending on the excersise i do.

Diet:
Monday
Breakfast
1/2 cup of Oat meal cal.140 (fat.25)
1 cup of 2% milk  cal.120 (fat. 45)
1 banana  cal.105 (fat.3)

Total: 365 cals.(fat.73)

Lunch
Tuna sandwich with cal.144 (fat.44)
whole grain bread and cal.128 (fat.22)
 low fat mayo  cal.15 (fat.9)
2 cups raw vegetable crudités around cal. 50
1 small apple cal.50
Water

Total:  387 cals. (fat.75)

Afternoon Snack
Nectarine cals. 63 (fat.4)
Sparkling water with lemon cal 17 (fat.2)

Total: 80 cals (fat.6)

Dinner
3 oz grilled chicken breast(skinless)  cal.120 (fat.14)
¾ cup steamed green beans cal.30
Salad with 1 cup lettuce, cal.8 (fat.1)
 ½ cup organic cherry tomatoes, cal.43
½ cup grated carrot cal.27 (fat.1)
2 teaspoons olive oil and  cal. 40 (fat.40)
balsamic vinegar Cal.10
1 fresh peach cal.38 (fat.2)
water

Total: 316 calories (fat.58)


Evening Snack
1 small pear cal. 96 ( fat.2)

 Ultimate total of the day: 1,244 cals. (fat.214)

it seems good enough.

anyway today has been a good day so far. i had coffee and toast then i ate some chips lol not too many.
My mom had a long conversation today with me, about my lowself esteem, she told me i have it too low and that i need to start seeing myself like I truly am beautiful and that I shouldn't worry so much about my weight. I told her I am trying and that its hard. but atleast I am trying . oh well I am slowly working on that. well i can't post too much right now because i have to get going but this is what my plan is starting monday. also I have my workout routines maybe i will make a new page so you guys can follow that and I will update the diet and work outs for everyday :).

I know how you feel my mother says the same thing. But it's hard to just think you look good but keep trying :)

your new plan looks awesome! I have really low self esteem too. It's hard to see the good in your own self sometimes. My boyfriend always says nice things about me and I'm finally starting to listen to him. I'm sure you are plenty beautiful :)
