So today I had an ok day, again with my stomach pains, I feel like I need a new diet, so I have decided I am going to create one of my own. maybe it will help my pains and it will help me loose weight. for some reason i feel because of the way my stomach is acting is the reason why i am not losing the weight i want to lose. and also i need to change my working out routines, i have stopped lately because my stomach hurts i need to start being more active in different ways and I have to do something about it to motivate that. so here is what i plan to do. first I am going to make a quick and easy to follow diet plan that works for me, second I will write and update every single day on here so i can keep motivated and going, by Christmas eve, i need to be at 110lbs. that means I have to lose 8 to 7 lbs. I have to do it, I need to do it. i want to feel good. then after xmas I will continue to lose 5 more lbs so i can be the weight i always wanted to be. 105lbs. I remember when i used to be 105lbs it feels like that was so long ago. i was 18yrs old and now 6yrs later and its like wow.. what happened. haha but oh well. I will keep my calorie count to no lower or higher than 1200. that is the healthy daily calorie count i need to take if i am going to exercise everyday.  well who ever wants to join me let me know I will post my diet tomorrow and start it Friday morning. all the way till December 24. i will also post my working out routine.

I set my goal of 135 pounds a year and a half ago, when I was in the high 180's. I'm three pounds away! I want it by Christmas too :) I'm with you on this one.

this sounds like a good plan! I usually average around 1200 calories too. You're so close to where you want to be, it's exciting!!!
